Changes & Skips

• You can skip/pause as long as changes are made before the weekly cutoff.

• Late changes may not be possible once production begins.

In-Home Preparation Option

For families who prefer meals prepared directly in their home, Perfectly Thymed offers an in-home nourishment experience.

Your meals can be prepared in your kitchen so your family can enjoy the aroma of fresh cooking while also receiving support with organization, ingredient preparation, and kitchen reset.

This option is ideal for postpartum recovery, busy households, and families who want a more personalized level of support.

In-home visits include meal preparation, light kitchen reset, and packaging meals for easy storage.

Delivery

• Delivery availability depends on your location.

• If you’re not home, we recommend leaving a cooler bag or designated drop spot.

• Perfectly Thymed is not responsible for holding temperatures once meals are delivered/picked up.

Refunds/Credits

• Because meals are perishable and made to order, refunds are limited.

• If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

Food Safety

• Meals must be refrigerated promptly.

• Follow storage and reheating notes on labels when provided.
