Delivery & Pickup Hub

Delivery day: Sunday
Delivery windows: 9am - 2pm
Delivery is complete once dropped at your agreed location.

Weekly delivery
Delivery occurs 1x per week during your selected delivery window. Delivery is considered complete once meals are dropped at the agreed location (porch/bench/front desk).

Cooler requirement
Cooler + ice packs required if you’re not home
To keep meals safe, a cooler with ice packs must be available if you will not be home at delivery.
If you are not home and no cooler/ice packs are provided, we may be unable to safely complete delivery. In that case, delivery may be marked undeliverable and a credit is not guaranteed. If we can accommodate re-delivery, an extra delivery fee may apply.

Food safety
Food is safe as long as it stays at or below 40°F. If food rises above 40°F for 2+ hours (or 1+ hour if outdoor temps exceed 90°F), it should be discarded.

Pickup hubs
Pickup hubs (3-family minimum)
Pickup hubs are available only when at least 3 families enroll for the same hub/area. If fewer than 3 families opt in by the hub confirmation deadline, the hub will not be activated and your service will switch to delivery. Delivery fees will apply for weeks delivery is used. We’ll notify you before service begins with your confirmed plan.
