Licenses & food safety
Care in every step.
Transparency and care in how meals are prepared, packed and handled.
We take food safety seriously and follow best practices for cold holding, labeling, and clean handling.
Food safety credentials
- Accredited Food Manager Certification
- Food Handler Certification (all employees hold this certification)
- Current enrollment: Chinese Herbal Medicine Program
Where Food Is Prepared
- Meals are prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen (commissary kitchen) and follow standard food safety practices for storage, prep, and packaging.
Ingredient + Allergen Practices
- Allergy-aware labeling and clear notes when applicable
- Ingredient standards: no seed oils, no artificial dyes, clean ingredient lists
- We collect allergy and preference details through a Family Profile to support safe packing and labeling.
Temperature & Handling
- Focus on safe cold holding and careful handling from prep to delivery
- Meals are labeled to support proper storage and use
Packaging
- We prioritize BPA-free and microplastic-conscious packaging options whenever possible
- Meals come in glass containers and jars that we collect, sanitize and reuse each week
Transparency Note
- Because we work with seasonal ingredients and local availability, menus may shift slightly week to week — substitutions are made thoughtfully while keeping the same nutrition intent and quality standards.
Details may evolve as we expand partnerships and volume.
