Our story

Why I started Perfectly Thymed.

I didn’t start Perfectly Thymed because I wanted another “meal prep business.”

I started it because motherhood changed everything—especially how I see food.

When I was breastfeeding and living in those early newborn weeks, I realized how deeply food affects everything: energy, mood, digestion, sleep, even how much patience I had to give. Nourishment stopped being a trend or a preference—it became the foundation of our home.

Then my baby started solids… and something shifted again.

I remember making those first meals with so much intention—simple ingredients, soft textures, real nourishment. I wasn’t looking for “perfect.” I was looking for peace. Food that felt clean, safe, and supportive. Food that would help her grow well. Food that wouldn’t leave me questioning labels, oils, additives, and dyes when I was already carrying so much.

As I fed her, I kept coming back to the same thought:

Why does it have to be so hard to feed a family well?

Parents are juggling everything—sleep regressions, work, family routines, appointments, life. And somehow we’re also expected to shop, cook, portion, pack, and do it all with top-tier ingredients and no shortcuts. I knew there had to be a better way—one that didn’t compromise nutrition or quality, and didn’t require a parent to burn out.

So I built Perfectly Thymed into what I wish existed.

My intention is simple: I want to feed your family the way I feed my own—real food, thoughtfully prepared, with standards I can stand behind.

Perfectly Thymed is a meal prep service designed for growing families—especially families who care about ingredients and real nourishment, but also care about simplicity.

Our food is ancestral-inspired and whole-food based, created with standards that make it easier to trust what your family is eating. The goal is steady energy, better fullness, and a calmer weekly rhythm—without ultra-processed defaults.

If you’re a parent who cares about ingredients and how your family is nourished—but also wants your week to feel calmer—you’re exactly who I built this for.
